Scope of Work: ADAFER is a company operated in the fertilizer sector with production facilities in Adana Organized Industrial Zone. ADAFER mostly sells to the domestic market but has decided to invest in exports by employing a foreign trade manager with the awareness that has the equipment and resources to open abroad. Following we make a meeting with them right behind, we quickly agreed to take advantage of our ADABTE foreign trade intelligence services to create target market analysis and portfolio. After our work, we concentrated on the Ukrainian Market as the target country and handed over a portfolio of 60 Ukrainian fertilizer importers to them. Thus, we made a point shot to reach potential customers in the Ukrainian market.
